There's just so much science, nature, music, art, technology, storytelling and assorted good stuff out there that my kids (and maybe your kids) haven't seen. It's most likely not stuff that was made for them...
But we don't underestimate kids around here.

A video that rocks 3 important things: Japan. The 80s. Bubbles. And bonus: there’s an elephant!

The soap film is a half-bubble of about 7 cm diameter on the top of a plastic glass. The system is illuminated by light diffusing from the bottom of the glass. The camera is placed on one side of the bubble and what you see is the internal surface of side opposite to the camera. Turbulent motion is induced both from the heating of the light and from the motion of the air around the bubble.
