Swiss freestyle skier’s acrobatic parkour training

Watch more with these video collections:

Behold how 19 year old Swiss skier Andri Ragettli takes on this challenging parkour course, jumping, flipping, rolling, balancing, and landing with incredible control. The on point performance is part of his training for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics. From SBNation:

The workout looks more like American Ninja Warrior than anything you’d expect from an Olympian, but it makes sense for Ragettli. He’s a freestyle skier, which means his sport is more akin to the X Games than any traditional downhill skiing. He needs agility, balance, and core strength to flip and spin — which he showed off here.

File under: Practice. The parkour training video below was posted to his Facebook in September of 2016:

In case you missed it: A (different) 19 year old takes on the ‘World’s Largest Parkour Course.’ Plus: Ashima Shiraishi, one of the best rock climbers in the world.
