Start the day with a delicious breakfast: A bagel breakfast with coffee and fruit on the side, all made with wool. In this stop-motion short, animator and fiber artist Andrea Love toasts a tiny textile bagel, cuts a tiny orange into slices, spreads some cream cheese, and pours coffee from an intricately made fiber French press. Look at that tiny plunger and the red light on the toaster.
Felting interweaves wool fibers by tangling them together with a barbed felting needle. Love adds a bit of flexible wire within the cores of some pieces to make them more sturdy. This Instagram post shares a closer look at the detail, along with some convincing fiber steam.

And don’t miss another tiny felted stop-motion food video: Pasta with Red Sauce, a felted stop-motion animation.
