Float behind Memphis-made dancer Charles ‘Lil Buck’ Riley as he turns Foundation Louis Vuitton in Paris, France into his stage. The setting provides a tour of some iconic pieces of art, including Henri Matisse‘s l’Atelier du peintre (l’Atelier rose) and Les Capucines à la danse II, and Three Women by Pablo Picasso.
The paintings were a part of the 2016-17 Icons Of Modern Art: The Shchukin Collection exhibition. Presented by Nowness, the film was directed by Andrew Margetson. The music is titled ‘Fireworks’ by French composers and brothers Evgueni and Sacha Galperine.
Bonus: Pablo Picasso painting on glass (1949).
Thanks, Shonali.
