The Pits: An avocado searches for its other half

An avocado wanders New York City, feeling lonely and searching for its other half in this award-winning, puppet-filled story by The Bizzaro Company, directed by Mike Hayhurst.

The Pits originally premiered at the New York International Children’s Film Festival and was selected for their Best of Fest world tour. The heartfelt short’s writer and editor, David Bizzaro, is also a freelance builder and puppet wrangler for The Jim Henson Company and Sesame Street.
